What are some films you feel are overrated, or are underrated?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has though in the past that there was a film that was overcritized or was just not critized enough?

I definately think that "No Country for Old Men" was overrated. My main problem with it was that I didn't think it was possible to care about any of the characters. What do you think?
